  1. I know you only asked for one, but two things especially stand out. I love that its all nearly preplanned. Open and go. I love that for the entire week you focus on one composer/ one piece of music. ( one reason why I love FIAR). hear it over and over again gives you new insights.. and for music allows you to start listening for those little subtle things perhaps.

  2. I just wanted to first thank you for introducing this circ! I have never ran across it and it is incredibly interesting! I love that it is teaching music and includes biographies so that this can easily be combined with language arts which is a must for parent sbalancing so much. Fingers crossed and thank you for hosting this giveaway!

The hands on activities and listening to the compositions sound like the perfect combination. This would be a great resource for my kids who have just started learning to read and play music.

  8. I love that it is a steady, concise study. Composer study tends to go to the wayside here.... I'd like this to keep us on track.

I love that it has it all set up for you and that it's CM friendly!

  13. I think this would work great for us because it is open and go. Me and my 3 children love to listen to classical music! Our schooling tends to be very CM in a lot of ways. Composer Study seems to be the one area of CM that we do not get to.

My 6yo is starting to really appreciate music. This would be a great path of study for him. :)

I like that this has everything all ready to go. I've been trying to put together pieces here and there on composers and different types of music and find that I don't have enough time to do it. This has it all done!

  16. Yes, Yes, and Yes, I love all the hands-on activities -- It seems to have something for everyone to enjoy. I also love the organization. I don't like to spend a lot of time prepping for lessons, so when everything that I will need is easily available, I'm a happy home school parent :)

  18. Definitely the hands on activities. Also love that it spends a limited time on each composer. Left to my own devices I tend to stall and not move forward with the composers I enjoy.

  25. I like how well organized it is and that it would be so nice for all my kids to use.

  26. My kids love music; I think they would love to learn more about composers.

  27. I taught a composers class in co-op once and what appeals to me is having it all in one book instead of digging up bits and pieces.
