12 Science Pinterest Boards for Homeschooling

Jul 17, 2014

Need science inspiration? Check out these 12 science Pinterest boards for homeschooling.

Although I am not a science-y mom, we are definitely getting into science around here these days. Lorelai is my little science geek. She just loves it, so I've been trying to follow more science boards on Pinterest. I need all the ideas I can get!

One thing about me is this: When I find a weakness within myself or about myself, I tend to hyper-focus on improving that point. Because I'm not the most science-oriented person - enjoying only certain sciences like biology, earth science and nature study - I find that I'm really focusing on science these days.

I want my little scientist to have her fill of what she enjoys. In order to do that, I have to 'get into' it a little more and bring her the best resources. So I've started pinning a lot more science ideas lately. I'll be blogging more about science than I have in the past.

Maybe you need science help. Maybe you just love science and want more ideas. Either way, I have some great boards for you to follow. In no particular order, here are...

Supercharged Science is a complete K-12 online science
learning program for homeschoolers.
If science isn't your forte (or don't have time to teach it the way you would like to), that's okay. This program is designed so you don't need to know science yourself in order for your kids to get a great science education. You can just set them up with it and go do other stuff! (Of course, you can sit in on the lesson with them, if you'd like.)
