For about 30 years now, we've been led to believe salt is bad for us. As it turns out, that information is incorrect.

You need salt in your diet.

Pink salt is for everyone. I began using it in our household to help my kids who have bipolar disorder. But realizing the many benefits, it's the only salt in my house now.

Pink Salt for a Calm Mind?

For years, I failed to understand the scripture which reads:
"Salt is fine, but if the salt ever loses its saltiness, with what will you season it? Have salt in yourselves, and keep peace with one another.”
What does salt have to do with being peaceable?

It turns out salt has a calming effect on us due to the many minerals such as calcium and magnesium, which are known to have a calming effect.

That's just one benefit of salt. In the video below, I share with you the benefits of pink salt.

  • aids in metabolism by regulating blood sugar levels
  • helps regulate blood pressure
  • calms you (think anxieties, mood swings, and sleep)
  • aids in proper function of major body systems
  • ways to include pink salt in your life and diet
